Bubble Cookie Soft builds the visible “Cookie Picnic” title from thick silhouettes with shallow scallops. In the matching lowercase o sample, repeated bumps sit around the stem and bowl, so the texture reads as part of the outline rather than separate decoration.

Direction
Let the outline texture appear in one heading, then give the menu details a simpler face.
The words are fixed across both type samples. Matching x outlines requires changing the Alumni Roman em size; that change is separate from matching cap height.
Bubble Cookie Soft has a measured x outline of 0.530 em; Alumni Roman is 0.578 em. In a 64px row those outlines are about 33.9px and 37.0px. The renderer scales Alumni Roman to 58.652px for the lower matched-x-height row.

The lowercase o is paired with Alumni Roman at one em size; H, O and g from Bubble Cookie Soft are included as direct shape samples.
The additional glyphs make the scalloped edge visible on capitals and a descender. The paired o rows isolate the counter and perimeter.

A short poster headline uses the scalloped display face, with the event time and place carried by the companion serif.
This poster sketch gives the soft edge one clear job: distinguish the event name from its practical details.

The poster gives the repeated edge a single job: make the event title feel soft and informal.

Choose
The added capital H glyph has a thick center bar between scalloped stems.
The added capital O keeps a small open counter surrounded by the repeated soft edge.
The lowercase g sample carries the uneven outer contour into its descender.
Good for
Choose it for a short menu heading or party label when a soft edge is useful to the mood.
Check before using
The scallops repeat on every character and can make a dense line look busier than its wording; keep the message brief.
About
Its x-height is 73.1% of the cap height, near the 73.1% typical of display fonts in the library. Ascenders on b, d, h, k and l rise 17.4% above the capitals, and descenders on g, j, p, q and y drop 20.6% of the cap height below the baseline. The o is close to a circle, 1.02 times as wide as it is tall, and T is the widest capital, at 1.08 times the width of H. The O stops 7.3% of the cap height short of H and stands 9.8% above the baseline.
The letters stand upright, leaning less than 2.5° either way. Vertical stems measure 31.2% of the cap height. Strokes keep one thickness in every direction: the sides of o and O measure the same as their tops and bottoms.
Its 148 characters include 105 Latin letters, plus 43 figures, punctuation marks and symbols; 53 of the Latin letters are accented or special forms beyond A to Z. The word space measures 45.8% of the cap height, and the blank space either side of a lowercase letter takes up 12.4% of its width. The font carries no kerning, so spacing comes from each letter’s own side bearings. The figures have different widths, so columns of numbers set in Bubble Cookie Soft will not line up exactly.

The current text and font-file specimens received an independent review.
Bubble Confetti Round trades the repeated pebbled edge for smooth inflated strokes with a scooped notch in H and O. Compare R at 0.673 em with this font’s 0.590 em when a title is close to its width limit.
Bubble Balloon Party gives O small top and bottom bumps rather than the all-round scalloping shown here. Its g uses 0.554 em, less than the 0.598 em reserved by Bubble Cookie Soft.
