FAQ
Monthly plan credits are valid through their billing month. Annual plans add the month’s allowance at the start of each month. Purchased extra credits do not expire; Font Pass credits are valid for 12 months.
Reserved credits are put back automatically if generation fails. The result page explains the next step, and no credits are kept for a font that was not created.
Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing to prevent the next renewal. Your current plan and credits remain available through the paid period.
The AIFontGenerator Font License lets Pro and Studio members use fonts they create, plus library fonts downloaded on those plans, in client projects and shipped products such as packaging, ads, websites, apps and games. These rights continue after cancellation. Font Pass rights are limited to personal projects and cover its five selected library fonts, fonts created with the Pass, and free-sign-up creations downloaded without using a selection.
Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record. It processes checkout, collects applicable sales tax or VAT, and emails the receipt. The card statement lists WAFFO.
